NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency is requesting bids for the Tudor Flood Risk Reduction Project - Contract No. 2025-01-TFRRP

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $17,000,000 to $19,000,000

PRE-BID INSPECTION DATE, TIME & LOCATION:
Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 10 a.m., on-site.  The location is the intersection of Sacramento Avenue and the Feather River West Levee.  Contractor may access east off of Highway 99 onto Sacramento Avenue.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Work performed under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and supervision for levee grading, cutoff wall placement, utility replacement through the levee, and levee reconstruction.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project.  Any interested contractor or his/her agent may attend.  Representatives of SBFCA will be present for questions.  Following the conference, between the hours of 10:30 a.m and 11:30 a.m., a field tour of the job sites will be conducted by SBFCA.  The contractor's attendance of the field tour is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
