NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency is requesting bids for the Oroville Wildlife Area Thermalito Recreation Improvements Project Contract No. 01-2026-OWAP

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $4,000,000 to 5,000,000

PRE-BID INSPECTION DATE, TIME & LOCATION:
Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 1:30 p.m., on-site at the Oroville Wildlife Area (South West Entrance).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Work performed under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and supervision for:

Construction of a campground, boat launch facility and appurtenant features.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project. Any interested contractor or his/her agent may attend. Representatives of SBFCA will be present for questions. Following the conference, between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., a field tour of the job site will be conducted by SBFCA. The contractor’s attendance of the field tour is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
